Looking for the alternative to strict EU regulations, companies operating cruise travels turned to Montenegro and Albania.

Dubrovnik will lose 56,000 guests as 3 million Euro deal will send them to Kotor, Montenegro.

Passengers appreciate cheaper prices and the company the fact that neither Montenegro nor Albania is part of European Union making them similar to a tax free zone.

Dubrovnik and Split are losing to Durres, Albania, vaguely unknown as a Mediterranean Cruise stop but is more and more popular break from EU waters.
